The Exige S is a mid mounted Super Car manufactured by Group Lotus PLC, is is equipped with a transverse 3.5 liter DOHC V6 VVT-i engine with 4 valves per cylinder and comes with Harrop HTV 1320 Supercharger utilizing Eaton TVS Technology. Acceleration from 0-100 km/h is 4.0 seconds and the car has a maximum speed of 170 mph (274 km/h).

Unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2011, the Exige S represents the very essence of Lotus –  ultimate lightweight raw performance combined with unparalleled ride and handling which promises a mind blowing drive like no other. The Exige S blends the extreme and the sublime, it's a balance between beauty and the beast, and with its 345 hp (350 PS) supercharged V6 engine it's not for the faint hearted.

From headlights to rear wing, its aggressive stance underlines a performance pedigree few can match. Its 345 hp (350 PS) supercharged V6 engine is not for the faint hearted. Track-inspired details such as the all-new aerodynamic package through to its race-inspired steering wheel and supportive seats amplify its potent abilities. The thrill a Lotus gives you comes from the sensation of intimacy with the car. You would not expect any less though from a performance car developed for drivers by drivers. Expertly developed by the renowned Lotus ride and handling team at the Hethel test track, its dynamic capabilities are awe-inspiring in the way that only a Lotus can be.

Lotus Exige S Roadster

The Exige S features high performance Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires as standard with a Lotus DPM (Dynamic Performance Management) switch that allows the driver to switch between three driving modes: Touring, Sport and DPM off. An additional Race Pack option is available offering a fourth driving mode providing maximum possible traction out of corners, an optimised track suspension setting and Launch Control. The car is offered in two new interior package options a Premium Pack option provides added comfort and style where as the Premium Sport option focuses on creating an internal cockpit optimised for ultimate driver involvement. Available variants are: Exige S, Exige S Roadster & Exige LF1 (Text Adapted From: Group Lotus PLC)
