For those of you who want to own a Super Car, but don't have the loot to fulfill your dreams, there is some good news. Cobra International of Thailand along with Galmer racing had unveiled the strikingly gorgeous Galmer G12 GT Super Car, which could prove to be much cheaper option than similar cars available in the market by makers of such niche cars. The mystery lies with Cobra International, a company which has considerable experience in building lightweight composites structures, such as surf boards and simply the cost of manufacturing the car in Thailand. Alan Mertens is the lead consultant and the design inspiration for the car came from Togay Yuvanc, a young Turkish car enthusiast.

The specifications of the Galmer GT is promising. The car gets a lightweight carbon-fiber chassis similar to the structure used by more expensive cars like the Pagani Zonda. The engine is a 7.0-liter V8 with 505 HP, the same engine that is also powers the Corvette Z06. The car uses a GearFox 6 speed trans-axle gearbox. The interior is a state-of-the-art unit which has style, flexibility, the car can have either left hand or right hand drive option.
